When you contact us If you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name and email address so that we can respond to your enquiry. This data is not shared with any third party and is not used for marketing purposes.

When you place an order Orders placed through our shop are processed via the IONOS ecommerce platform. The data collected at checkout (name, delivery address, email address, payment details) is used solely to process and fulfil your order. Payment information is handled securely by our payment provider and is never stored by us directly.

Website analytics This website uses IONOS SiteAnalytics to help us understand how visitors use the site. This tool may collect anonymised data such as pages visited and time spent on the site. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
